Log Gasification Boilers

Boiler LADAN is designed for heating of apartments, family houses, guesthouses, smaller industrial workshops and similar buildings.

It is a well-tried type of wood gasification boiler with simple control. Boiler is made of special boiler black sheet steel of thickness 6 mm or stainless steel 4 mm. Casing of boiler is made of 4 mm sheet steel. Shaped pieces inside the boiler are made of special fire proof concrete having high-strength, thermal endurance and high lifetime.

Wood gasification boiler is completely different from the current solid fuel boiler. The principle of burning is based on the wood gasification at high temperature (approx. 1100°C). Burning of wood-gas is supported by ventilator which blows primary air into the combustion chamber and secondary air into the nozzle. This combustion system is very economical whereas saving approx. 40% of fuel. Boiler operation requires the minimum attendance due to the automatic operation of boiler. Loading chamber content is sufficient for about 8 to 12 hours operation at medium power. At minimum output level the boiler is operational even up to 24 hours. Setup mode is secured by the digital microprocessor control.

Electronic regulation device

Electronic regulation device is very simple concerning manipulation and controls the operation of the boiler as whole. The circulating pump and room thermostat can be connected to the electronic regulation device. The device controls the temperature of boiler water and the speed of ventilator in a process of wood gasification. Boiler output is controlled by the clock timer.
